For the past 4 years I have worked with Claudio Andrade. I have purchased several homes (rental and my homestead) using Claudio as my realtor. In addition, Claudio has listed several homes which I sold in the last 4 years. I work exclusively with Claudio Andrade now. 
Some observations I have made are:
1 He has a very professional attitude toward his work and is very
organized.
2. He keeps very active in finding listings for me when I am in the market
to buy a home.
3. He is very good at making suggestions on how to best prepare your home
for positive showings when listed.
4. Homes listed for me are very active. A lot of showings.
5. Homes listed for me have sold quickly.
6. He is very accurate in determining a listing (market) price.
7. He is always available when I need to contact him.
8. He has allot of contacts and knows allot of people in the business which
can help you buy or sell a home.

I can't say enough about Claudio. I have used other realtors in the past,
but they obviously not left the same impression on me as Claudio.
